By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides AI-assisted sports insights and betting-related tips for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Betting involves risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
Predictions, confidence scores, and explanations are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
The App may offer subscriptions (weekly/monthly/yearly) and/or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the platform store (Google Play / Apple App Store). Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled according to the store’s rules. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store’s policies.
Some features may be limited in the free version and may require ads to unlock content. Ads may be provided via Google AdMob.
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the App; use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; or attempt to bypass purchase flows or security mechanisms.
All App software, content, and branding are owned by HawksAppStudio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawksAppStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from betting decisions, lost profits, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer laws in your location provide otherwise.
Uygulamayı indirerek, erişerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
Uygulama yapay zekâ destekli spor içgörüleri ve bahis ipuçları sunar; yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Finansal/yatırım/hukuki danışmanlık değildir. Sonuçlar garanti edilmez. Bahis risk içerir. Tüm karar ve sonuçlardan kullanıcı sorumludur.
Tahminler, güven skorları ve açıklamalar olasılıksaldır; hatalı/eksik olabilir. Geçmiş performans geleceği garanti etmez.
Uygulama haftalık/aylık/yıllık abonelikler ve/veya uygulama içi satın alma sunabilir. Ödemeler mağaza üzerinden alınır (Google Play / App Store). Abonelikler mağaza kurallarına göre iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenebilir. Abonelik yönetimi/iptali mağaza hesap ayarlarından yapılır. İadeler mağazanın iade politikalarına tabidir.
Ücretsiz sürümde bazı özellikler sınırlı olabilir; bazı içerikler reklamlardan sonra açılabilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob üzerinden sunulabilir.
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı, engellememeyi, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı; yasa dışı/dolandırıcılık amaçlı kullanmamayı; satın alma/erişim haklarını veya güvenliği aşmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersin.
Uygulamanın yazılımı, içeriği ve marka unsurları HawksAppStudio’ya veya lisans verenlere aittir. Kanunen izin verilenler dışında kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz, değiştiremezsin.
Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Kesintisiz erişim garantisi yoktur.
Kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; bahis kararlarından doğan kayıplar, kâr kaybı, veri kaybı dahil dolaylı/sonuçsal zararlardan HawksAppStudio sorumlu değildir.
Şartları ihlal etmen veya kötüye kullanım halinde erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; zorunlu tüketici mevzuatı hükümleri saklıdır.
